This program is designed to guide you on a sustainable and transformative journey, not just to lose weight, but to build a healthier life. The core of our work together is built on four fundamental principles:

Why - Your reason for undertaking this journey

Habits - Habits are better than willpower and last forever

Awareness eating - think about what you put in your mouth, make informed choices

Movement - mostly walking, but could be any activity you enjoy doing

Using the principles of the WHAM program coupled with the setting of achievable goals projected over a long period of time you’ll learn new habits that will help the weight come off and stay off. You will be embracing a slow, steady approach a quick fix; we're building you a new lifestyle, one small, powerful habit at a time.  Finally and most importantly: we will not quit.  This process is going to take time, likely years, but taking it slow and learning important lessons will prepare you for the long haul.
